Visiting CBSW

Welcome to Congregation Beth Shalom of The Woodlands, where we strive to maintain an open and inclusive community. However, due to the current security environment, visitors to CBSW must be pre-registered before gaining access to our campus. Anyone who is not pre-registered and/or approved in advance may be denied entry. 

Please contact CBSW at least three business days before your visit to provide the following information: 

• Full name and date of birth of all adult visitors, excluding dependent children
• Current address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit)

Please also provide a copy of a state-issued or U.S. government-issued REAL ID for all adult visitors (excluding dependent children). We recommend using encryption to send a copy of your ID and personally identifiable information.
